Agreement Text/Legalese

The max number of characters per paragraph/section is 8000. You can have up to 15 paragraphs/agreements.

ePayment Legalese

The ePayment terms should be clearly spelled out in the very last legalese block. While we cannot offer a template for Orgs to use, we can tell them that they should include the following as a minimum...

When cards or bank accounts will be charged or drafted (specific date or date range)
What they will be charged for (tuition, extra fees, late fees, etc.)
Any other policies relating to payments in general.

If they have any concerns about actual verbiage, they should contact an attorney for advice.
